When we build, we prefer to keep our post out of the ground.  Whether we build on concrete blocks and gravel or we pour 2 feet deep concrete columns... our goal is to keep the post from sitting in water and rotting.  

We also repair decks.  Rotten deck board replacement as well as handrail replacements.  This customer opted for a composite top rail.  We re-stained their lower railing and replaced the top rail.

We used Advanced PVC Decking by Timber Tech on this project.  This product offers a 50-year warranty, looks like wood grain and has cool touch technology.   This means it will not get boiling hot in the heat of the day.  That is a win.

We are happy to install vinyl hand railing or aluminum hand railing, for those of you who prefer maintenance free.   Cable railing can be stainless steel, also maintenance free and keeps your view open.  There are so many options to explore...

We enjoyed extending and converting this customers deck into a screen porch.  Build to fit the HOA guidelines as well as county inspections.  We added privacy walls and landscape lighting to this project.
